We know support hasn’t always met your expectations, and we’re committed to improving that experience. As part of this, we’re introducing a new way to submit website requests through a structured form.
While many of you are used to simply emailing us, this change is designed to better support you by reducing back-and-forth, preventing missed details, and helping our team start work faster with everything they need upfront. Each submission is tracked with a case number, giving you more visibility and ensuring your request stays on track.
This is an important step toward providing the faster, clearer, and more reliable service you deserve—and we’re focused on continuing to improve how we show up for you every day.
