Chiropractic Website Builders

If you have decided to build your chiropractic website using a website building program, be careful. There is a fine line between a great preforming website and a chiropractic website that just looks good. I personally feel website builders are great for personal or even club/organization websites.  My 13 year old son has just finished creating his first website, and he did it using a very popular website builder program. His website is for him and his buddies to share video gaming stuff with each other and their friends. It looks like it was created by a 13 year old (because it was); it will never rank in any search engines, and if by chance you were to land on it, you would have no clue what to do.  Do you want a website builder to do this to your chiropractic site?

The major focus of a website builder is ease of use. If it’s hard to use, you are not going to use it again, and you’re surely not going to tell anyone else about it. So more often than not, you’ll end up with a chiropractic website that at best looks good, but functions poorly.

Now I’m not saying that you can’t create a good chiropractic website using a website builder. I have seen some pretty good ones that were created using a builder. But if you choose to go the website builder route, brush up on your knowledge of how to use keywords, Meta tags, headers, how to index it, and that is just a start. Is your website going to break any of Google’s rules, and speaking of Google, is your chiropractic website going to be SEO ready or optimized? Most of the website builders out there never address these issues, and there are many more, I just brought up a few of the big ones. If they were to address those issues it would no longer be an “easy” website builder. And, if you knew about all the details it took to build a “good functioning” website that also looked good, you would realize that a website builder is not the place for your chiropractic website to be.

Now let’s say you luck out and create a chiropractic website that looks pretty good and is ranking somewhat decent in searches. Here’s a question to ask yourself, now that the patient has found me what are they going to do? I have yet to find a website builder that can provide you a “Patient Conversion Optimized” website that can out preform one by Inception Marketing.
