Chiropractic Facebook Advertising
BY: MIKE HAMILTON
Chiropractic Facebook Ads are the holy grail of internet marketing. For years companies have been trying to make this form of marketing work in the chiropractic profession with pretty dismal results. While it has been a long and frustrating process the sun is starting to shine.
In this article I'm going to explain everything we know to date about Facebook Ads for chiropractors. What doesn't work, what does work, and all the rest of the details you need to be aware of. I hope it helps you spend your money wisely.

What Doesn't Work on Facebook?
Most of the doctors that call us each month feel that doing general posting in their Facebook page will result in more new patients. They don't realize that people have to like their page to see their posts. They also don't realize that only about 30% of the people that like their page will see their posts.
In order to reach people that are not already your patients you're going to have to spend money on paid Facebook Ads. Paid ads allow you to reach just about anyone in your community, but before you get too excited you need to learn the ropes. Most chiropractors waste hundreds to thousands of dollars because they don't understand the steps of the process.
How to Make Chiropractic Facebook Advertising Work
In 2019 there has been a tsunami of young entrepreneurial salesmen hitting the chiropractic market. They are selling Facebook advertising for around $1500 to $3000 per month. Many of them will work for free for the first week to prove themselves. The pitch they use is almost always a consultation, exam, x-rays, adjustment discounted offer. This can produce new patients, but the quality of the leads tends to be very low.
Many chiropractors have had success with this model, but the pricing is crazy. Most of these young salesmen are putting about $600 towards ads each month and pocketing somewhere around $900 to $1400 per month for themselves. We want to show you how to do this for FREE.
As a former chiropractor I understand what it takes to run an office. I also understand how valuable your earned dollars are. You don't need to give people more money than they are spending on your ads, and they should understand that they are taking advantage of you.

What in the World is Click Funnels?
Click Funnels is a program that makes it easier for a lay person to create a basic website or a "Landing Page". Many chiropractors believe that a subscription to Click Funnels will almost automatically generate new patients. I can assure you it won't, and it's fully unnecessary for Facebook advertising.
It's a good idea to have a simple website or "Landing Page" to drive your Facebook traffic to. It has the following benefits:
- You can track your leads better.
- The message or "Call to Action" can be the focus of the page.
- It's much less distracting to a new patient than your full website would be.
Here at Inception we create the best landing pages in the industry. We can cover almost any topic, and the cost is included in what we do for you. No need for a Click Funnels subscription. 🙂
Proper Facebook Advertising Budget
In general you will need to spend between $20 and $30 dollars per day on Facebook ads. Obviously budgets can vary from city to city, but that's a pretty strong budget at those numbers. Some clients want to sharply undercut those numbers. Spending too little can result in drastically lower results. If you're going to play in the game you have to play in the game.
Facebook Advertising Burnout?
Despite what the cunning salesmen would like you to believe there is burnout with Chiropractic Facebook Ads. It's different in every city, but everyone will experience burnout. The more your ads are changed the better you will do, but eventually it will burn out. When this happens it's typical for most companies to string you along for another 6 to 12 months telling you that next month will be better. There can certainly be up and down months, but don't get caught in the never ending payment trap.
Watch Out For This Scary Scenario
In our extensive research of chiropractic Facebook Advertising strategies we have come across dozens of videos that would horrify the doctors involved. Young unaware salesmen are posting videos on YouTube touting their amazing success. They are showing real doctors and real behind the scenes numbers. If the wrong person were to see some of the dozens of videos we've seen on YouTube that office would be in trouble. I know of offices that have been put out of business when a local news organization got their hands on that kind of information. There are plenty of scam watch news reporters that would jump up and down to know those videos were out there.
Make sure your chiropractic Facebook company is not using your business information to promote themselves without your permission. It doesn't make you look good as a doctor when a 22 year old kid with is hat on backwards is bragging online about how many people he hooked with your new ads.
