Picture Day: Must-Have Photos
In this guide we’ll quickly cover the photos you’ll need so potential patients get to Know, Like, and Trust you and your office. Review this guide with your photographer to get the photos that are proven to convert.
The goal is to provide you with photos that create an emotional connection with potential patients visiting your website and give you a major advantage over the competition in your city.

#1
We need a horizontal picture of you in the office including some background (do not zoom in too close on pictures). A photo together with your family or staff outside can also work well for this.
#2
Next, take a photo while consulting one of your patients. Landscape-style images work best here.
#3
If applicable, take a photo while looking at x-rays or performing an analysis.
#4
Have the next horizontal photo taken while setting up for an adjustment with a patient.
#5
Include a photo of your staff happily checking in a patient at the front desk.
#6
Have your staff’s headshots also taken with a blurred office in the background. Even here, a landscape orientation works best.
#7
If your office offers pediatric care, then there should be a picture of kids sitting and smiling together on an adjustment table in the office.
#8
The last photos we recommend are pictures of just you on a plain background. It’s helpful to have variations of you straight on, as well as your body angled left and right. This will allow us to use a cut-out of you on some of our designs.
Do's and Don'ts
Do's
- Landscape photos
- For optimal viewing on wide-angle screens.
- Smiles all around
- Potential patients may be a bit apprehensive about chiropractic if they’ve never visited one. Putting your friendliness and your smiling patients on display is the best way to ease any nerves.
- Get in the frame!
- Photos of just your office furniture can only look so appealing. Showing that your office is bustling with life will appear much more inviting.
Don'ts
- Tightly zoom in on individuals and crop out body parts
- Will allow us to edit as needed after
- Take photos in cluttered areas
- Avoid that stereotypical messy desk! You want to put your best foot forward and show that your office is professional and organized
